Anastasia of Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade Review | Beauty and Bits

2015-11-02

It’s been a while since I wrote a post on my blog, but I decided I would come back to discuss one of my recent favourite products. Before using the Anastasia of Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade in Medium Brown; I was using the Anastasia of Beverly Hills Brow Wiz. Don’t get wrong, it’s an amazing product, but even before I could enjoy using the product, it was finished. So, I decided to move to the Dipbrow.

This product lasts quite a long time and the pigmentation is very impressive. It will stay all day and if used appropriately and lightly, it creates natural brows. This has definitely become one of my staples in my beauty regime. It is ideal for oily skin and in humid conditions. Although, I love the Brow Wiz, I don’t think I will go back to using it mainly because I can use the pomade for much longer.

One of the downsides to this product is that it can dry out. I always made sure that the container is completely closed. I found that this increased the longevity of this product.

This product is best used  with an angled brow brush with short, stiff bristles. After applying the desired amount of colour, blend it with a clean spooley brush. On many occasions, I will dip the brush into the pot and swipe it across the inside of the cap for the perfect amount.

Let me know your thoughts about this product or your favourite brow product in the comments below!
